A Good Talk

I know Dan Menaker. Dan Menaker’s a friend of mine. And if you’re going to listen to anybody explain the “story and skill of conversation,” you’ll find nobody better than the fabled editor (The New Yorker, Random House): he’s smart, funny, insightful, and more than the sum of those parts. In short, he’s good company.
